Our team of architectural designers can use software technology to make you a fabulous Immersive Design 3D visual render, as though your commercial fit-out had already been built. These become a useful tool in helping you see your proposal ahead of the formal architectural drawings (think: sketch or scale model.) This is the perfect time to make changes to your proposal. In fact, your revisions allowance is not limited; we agree to make changes until you are completely satisfied with the 3D design!
PRE-BUILD 3D VISUALISATION
Immersive designs are good value because they are quicker and cheaper to make (with 3D modelling software) than analog 3D models. You can show your friends and neighbours the immersive design 3D visual render even before your build has started, thus alleviating any concerns they have and giving the chance of feedback. We can prepare basic or highly detailed renders, dependent on need. Do ask for quoting indications for both price points when your planning consultant is collating your scope information for a detailed quotation.
