Commercial Architecture were approached by the Phoenix Hotel Group, who acquired the former Travelodge Hotel, and invested in the redesign of the bedrooms to create a boutique hotel.
Located in a vibrant part of central London which attracts affluent businesses types and visitors from the Far East, our brief was to bring the Chinese culture and lifestyle into the interior spaces.
We created minimalist designs in a Chinese theme to create an oasis for guests, featuring simple Chinese patterns and colours in the finishes inspired by classic Eastern design.
